Laying it all out.. Best and brightest, please give me advice!

Okay so here it all is, I'm 38, single mom 2 kids, been in B2B sales 15 years dead end low wage job, got a B.A in business economics in 2014. No money for more school or certs.

Looking to get into a good finacial position, but lack experience... What should I do?? Any advice on what jobs I should apply to? Am I age appropriate for any financial jobs or did I miss the bus? Please give me your advice and share your thoughts.
