Yes I would. You won't have a GPA from your school to use right away and generally you want to exclude the community college from your resume.
You will miss all of recruiting if you come in as a junior, so that includes MMs and boutique firms too. You can also just extend 1 semester which is very common. Graduate in December and either start early (helps get you some experience for oncycle) or travel/etc for a bit
