I have a lunch interview next week and was told I’m a finalist. This is for a VP position at a bank. Any idea what is usually discussed at these lunch interviews and how I should act/discuss, I have never had one before. I have already interviewed with 5 people. Has anyone made it to the lunch interview stage and not received the offer?
