Medical DQ from Army.... Now What???

I come from a Senior Military College in the U.S. I played D1 lacrosse and was set to go into the Armed Services. My original plan was to go Armed Services—> MBA—> IB. I just graduated this May and unfortunately I got a Medical D’Q from a lacrosse related injury (Hip Labrum tear). I really am looking for advice as to what I should do now. It’s the summer and I’m living with my parents. Just to give some clarification GPA: 3.1 & I have 2 finance internships. Obviously I missed the boat on the recruiting cycle for analyst positions but any ideas as to what I should be doing this summer? I really didn’t plan for this aspect of my life and I feel like I’m screwed right now.
