I wouldnt just flat out say no bcaw, tons of people get internships at BB banks their sophomore years, and I'm not just talking about PWM, which isn't that hard to get as a sophomore. If you have the right contacts within a firm, you can get an internship in a front office role as a sophomore.
what do you mean by connections? do i have to personally know someone in the branch? how do might i be able to establish that connection?
"Tons of sophomores" is a gross misstatement. A handful of sophs will make it, but they are all from targets and/or SEO, and are usually asked by someone in the bank, rather than apply.
You are right about being asked. Like I said in my previous post it is usually through connections. I do not go to a target school, although it is a very good one, and have had front office internships (freshman year and soph year) in S&T at BB's through people that I know in the firms that I worked for.
how did you get to know them?
The underclassman in my intern class were recruited by the following methods:
Eos tenetur ipsam est deleniti dolores. Aut voluptatibus quidem dolorem. Ut aliquam magni odio qui dolorem aut.
Porro ea sapiente sunt ex nesciunt voluptatem. Quidem expedita aliquid omnis adipisci officia maxime et.
