Does anyone have insight into how the interview process works with Middle Market Commercial Banking? I am applying for an associate position. What about hours/culture/pay at a place like this? It had $21B in assets as of September 2015.
Would it be fair to assume this is corporate banking-lite? Roughly 10%-20% less hours, pay etc.?
Any insight would be appreciated. I am looking to move from a $10B bank. Thanks in advance!
