Moving from a Developer to a Bank for Twice the Pay
I got approached by a bank to move from my current gig as a developer to help oversee risk management on loans/equity during DD and after the funding closes. Not necessarily the most exciting job but pay was 2x what I’m making now (Almost $400k a year).
I’m wondering:
A) am I getting hosed at my current job?
B) Has anyone made this move before?
C) What are people’s experience working for lenders in these roles?
