MS Chicago v Citi Chicago v BAML NY v UBS NY

I am from a midwest target school UC/NU and I've received offers that I'm having trouble debating. I've received offers from name brands such as MS and Citi Chicago but also banks such as BofA and UBS New York. My ultimate goal is to end up in New York for PE. Should I take a Chi summer position because it has a better name and then do FT recruiting in NY or should I take the lesser name in NY before FT recruiting? Name brand or location for SA before FT recruiting? Thanks guys.

This is an interesting question. I go to one of those school and i looked and saw that most of the recruiting besides gs for some reason is for chicago. If you want to go to NY how would u go about getting an SA there. Just network?

Ryan, just curious as to what your GPA is? Also, did networking play a large role in you receiving offers, or did you just apply directly without contacts?
