You could go for a MSF/MSM degree, especially for your stated purpose of a second shot at recruiting. Its too late now though, since Round 4 apply deadline is March 1. For some more information, check https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/faq/should-i-get-an-msf-mfin-or-other-b… .

I would suggest you take the time now to study for GMAT, aim for 700+, since you can use it for MSF, work for 3 years, by which you will have a total 4-5 years of work experience, and you use the same GMAT for MBA (GMAT good for 5 years, so ideally you apply for Sept 1 Round 1 MBA deadline at receive admission before the score expires).
