Mutual fund quant role vs Quant trading role

I have a job offer at a MF (good aum) for a quant based role ( mostly multi asset and macro strategies ). I also have a trading firm offer at a quant prop shop ( relatively small). I really need to decide between them in less than a month or so. Would appreciate if you guys could help me compare these jobs.

Things I mostly care about ( ordered in most desired to least) :

1) Salary ( Base + Comp) 2) Exit Ops 3) Stability 4) Career growth (within firm) 5) Ceiling Salary (PM vs Head of trading)
