My attempt at Nepotism

A family member just gave me the number of his family office partner in New York. He is on multiple boards with very influential people in the world of finance (think BB CEO, MF CEO, MF MD, T5 HF CEO and Chairman, and BB partner) what is my best path going forward to get an internship? I have worked in MM PE last summer, have an upcoming asset management internship at a BB, and go to a fringe target/semi school. Don’t have the greatest technical skills but have a lot of knowledge of the industry and valuation methods. My goal is to end up at the best firm possible and I am very greatful for this. But how should I go about it?
