Need advice: 3 offers in different roles and countries.

I've always been lurking in this site and it's finally time to post. I'll be graduating from a master's in finance from one of the London unis and I've received 3 offers, was hoping to get insight.

1. ER in London from one of the Boutique Banks. Pay is not great (around 50k) but it has the advantages of London.

2. M&A at a Second Tier Bank (Lazard, Moelis, Houlihan). M&A sounds nice but it's a bit of a sweatshop.

3. Internship for Convertibles bonds and vol trading at a hedge fund in Europe . This one sounds the most exciting but the internship pays peanuts and I don't know what the salary is afterwards and I don't know if it's a good idea to leave London to work at a hedge fund with no name.

My goal is to join a reputable hedge fund and maybe move across the pond one day. Any suggestions?

First off Lazard is not second tier.

Second, I would take that M&A offer, but it depends what you want to do. If you love investing pick ER or if you don't pick M&A. Both can get you into a hedge fund.

Personally wouldn't touch 3rd offer with the other two options in play.

IB - M&A
