Need Help Deciding On Summer Offers For IM

Have an offer at Fred Alger currently outstanding. Will hear back from BAML ER pretty soon, and I'm fairly positive on that.

My current dilemma is that I've also had good talks with people at PIMCO and Harris Associates, and they like me, but none have started interviewing yet. My offer expires soon, within a week. I was told Harris would only start in mid-January, I expect a similar timeline for PIMCO. Do I take my chance and go for it? Or take the safe bird in the hand? Or do I decide between FA and BAML ER?

I eventually want to get into investing at the highest levels possible - I'm sort of strategy agnostic, but I really like what Harris does, in addition to liking the sheer brand name of PIMCO.
