Networking - Finding a Job in NY (as foreigner)

Hey everybody,

Quick background:

• I'm from Latinamerica
• 3Y of experience in M&A (LatAm)
• CFA Level II Passed
• Living in NYC with fiancée (attending MBA)
• No Visa Sponsorship required

I want to get a job in NYC (IB, PE, VC, HF, Corp Dev, Corp Fin, ER, AM, PM...) but no much to see in LinkedIn. Currently connecting with people in LinkedIn to have a coffee but don't know how to continue. Would love to attend some events or get a mentor!
