Networking / How to Approach Recruiting

Hi Guys,

I am starting to start the recruiting process as a second year and wanted to hear things you recommend doing / how to approach warm intros from people in the industry?

Also if anyone would like to share their experience, please message me! I'd love to speak to as many people as possible and hear how you chose what you wanted to do after IB.

I'm mostly likely sticking to PE but am not completely against HF or corp dev roles. I'm not sure if that makes me too "indecisive".

Thanks for the advice!
