So I just secured my offer with another firm for SA 24, but within the interview process I met a lot of great people that I want to establish new connections with, since I might want to jump ship and recruit for FT later.
Is this possible and have anyone done it at all? Interviewers, how will you feel if a kid you interviewed reach out for networking calls?
