1. Please just pick apart anything you see, no matter how small or petty.
2. When I don't know the marital status of a female contact, should I use "Ms." or just leave the honorific out entirely?
Assuming you are networking with analysts and associates for IB or consulting. Address them by their first name. Also, I would suggest 3 time slots within the next week then add that you can be flexible around their schedule.
