It's about time employers are realizing that the way the system is currently set up, with a heavy emphasis on "making the grade" is idiotic due to lowered standards, rampant cheating, performance enhancing drugs, and other factors. Achieving "the pinnacle of success at a university" (i.e. 3.7+ GPA) means absolutely nothing in the real world.
Couldn't agree more, I go to a target and the 3.7 GPA's are nothing but connections, cheating and drugs to get there.
