Non Target: FT Offers in Consulting, S&T, IB, and AM
So FT recruiting is pretty much wrapping up and have received offers across S&T, Consulting, and IB.
1) (WF/RBC) IBD M&A NYC (85K 10k sign on)
2) (BAML/Citi/JPM) S&T NYC (85K 10k sign on)
3) (Accenture/Deloitte) Strategy Consulting for Tech Companies in San Fran or NYC (75K Base 15K Sign on, 1.5x Overtime and 100% of MBA paid for)
4) (AB/NB/TRowe) AM (75K)
What do you think is the best offer, I have been thinking so much and want to take S&T because I love the markets and want to stay in NYC, but I thought Id give you it a shot and ask for advice here. Thanks in advance!
Consulting offer sounds like a pretty sweet gig to me.
Is 1.5x overtime really a thing for FT positions, though?

If your end goal is PE, then take the IB gig. I think that in the long-run IB would pay better. Consulting can get you in PE but it is a tougher battle.
Do you guys think S&T still offers a stable career path, my ideal goal is to move up in the ranks at a BB...
