Non target/ Low GPA/ No internships

Hi I just graduated this past December from Baruch College with a degree in Finance. My GPA is a 3.024 and my major GPA isn't much higher because I did very poorly in econometrics. Throughout college I worked full time as a waitress/ bartender where I made a lot more than I think I can make not at a job as a financial advisor, sales person, bank teller (only jobs I'm getting). For the past year I have only got A's and B+'s ( class average is B-/C+) but the prior year and a half I was dealing with depression and addiction issues while working 40+ hours a week and it brought my GPA down to a 2.4 which I had to boost up my last year. I was always a good student throughout high school/ freshman year but I was cutting classes to party and I basically failed or got a D in everything I took during that time. I didn't apply for any internships my senior year because my main focus was bringing my GPA to at least a 3.0. I am now sober and happy but I feel hopeless because these years have limited my options for the future. I'm interested in consulting in the future but I don't even want to look at what career I want because I feel like I have to just accept whatever I get that pays at least $45,000-$50,000 starting (low for living in New York). I'm currently talking to a recruiter at Robert Half about temp jobs but the pay is only around $16 an hour and I don't know if they lead anywhere else. What kind of positions should I be looking for? Is the temp job at Robert Half impressive enough on the resume that I should leave a bartending job paying double? How long should I be a temp before I "have experience"? Is it too late for me to get an internship? Should I take the CFA? Would I get into grad school? What path would be best before I get into grad school?

Thank you in advance for any advise and help!

Thank you so much! Do you think it would be better for me to do an unpaid internship or temp work during this time to put some experience on my resume?
