Non target recruiting banoaza

First post here, so here it goes.

I'm currently in a non-target and grinded for SA roles and landed a MM IB that's decent. The thing is - and I'll be blunt - is that I'm a prestige whore and want to recruit and land a BB or even, if lucky, a BB.

The caveat comes that I am currently applying to transfer (think top IB targets) but haven't heard anything back.

My three choices thus are:

1. Transfer schools and do the internship (prb will be full pay and have to take loans)

2. Recruit for BB 2026 and work like a horse

3. Try to get a return for the MM IB and live a, hopefully, peaceful life.

I currently don't have an offer btw for a target, but I would just like to hear your guys' opinions out. Is it possible to swing into PE from a MM bank and non target? I have no clue so just wanted to hear it out
