Not sure what to do next - Looking for some advice

Starting to think of my next move but i'm a bit lost on what to do next. Started my career with advice from WSO and I thought it would be appropriate to circle back.

Unlike many monkeys on this forum, my careers been a little bit less traditional and nonlinear than the IB & Consulting crowd. I started my career in Commercial Banking with a BB out of school and transitioned into trading shortly after (prop equities). After trading prop, I moved into physical metal trading and eventually leveraged that experience into asset management as a research analyst with a focus on metals and mining.

After the fund I use to work for experienced some serious outflows and my PM's would cry all day about their shrinking business, I thought it was time for a change and joined a FinTech company in an operator capacity.

I've always had a strong interest in Venture and am networking my ass off to make that switch right now but the reoccurring theme that keeps coming up is no one gets in the door without solid deal flow which I unfortunately don't have in this moment.

Long term, I eventually want to break into Venture and even launch my own fund but i'm not sure what to do next. I'm incredibly interested in both investing and entrepreneurship but i'm not very interested in continuing to work for early stage startups.

Additionally, i'm also incredibly interested in Real Estate Development and PE. I sadly have 0 IB experience so I realize these PE dreams are way in left field. I'm a little bit scattered at the moment but any ideas or suggestions on what to do next is greatly appreciated!
