Not Updating People Long-Term
Is it appropriate to not follow up with someone I've called whom I either did not find interesting (i.e. I don't want to work in their firm/group) or felt that the call went poorly with? I always send thank you emails, of course, but I'd rather not do absolutely pointless bi-monthly updates.
