NYU Stern UG Recruiting Scene

Hi monkeys!

I'm trying to find more detailed information on the OCR and top employers for NYU Stern undergrad and would love to hear from people who know more about this topic. The consensus I've gathered from my research is that Stern is a target for BB but not so for MBB (which I figured given that the school is very much oriented toward finance and IB). I was wondering if anyone knows who are the top employers, what banks recruit from Stern and the placement numbers for each. I know that I'm posting in the IB forum but if anyone could comment on what consulting firms recruit from Stern that would be helpful as well. I heard the big four/tier 2 firms have a stronger presence at Stern (correct me if I'm wrong). Thanks if you can help me out!

Stern alumni here, almost every bank does OCR at NYU, it's a train stop / taxi cab away from their office to campus. During peak OCR season in the fall your junior year you will likely not be able go to every event since there are so many. Pretty sure there was some consulting events but I didn't focus on those so probably not too helpful in that area. If you want an idea of MBB recruiting, hit up the Wasserman Center in Palladium. The people there are the ones who facilitate OCR and I think they should be able to answer questions on what firms are participating in OCR. Also, you can try going on linkedin and find Stern alumni who work there and ask about recruiting etc.
