Of it be a bad idea to accept the associate offer if received?

I’m currently am a second year analyst who recently applied for a couple associate positions at other banks. For one of those processes, I’m currently at the final round but noticed that most of their previous associate hires have approx 4 years of experience (and even the job description itself mentions that they prefer those with 4+ YOE).

Given that I only have approx 2 YOE, would it be a bad idea to accept the offer if I received it as I fear that I may not be ready skill set wise given the relative lack of experience

Thanks!
