Options Needed: Big4 Risk Consulting -> C&IB Compliance -> Group Head's Chief of Staff -> _________?

Would value your opinion on potential career options. Maybe something I am not thinking about.

Where I've been: 13 year career started at 27.  Big4 in BSA/AML focused on planning, setting up and running reg ops. Joined a Regional Bank in Corporate & Investment Banking representing the business to BSA compliance, final pivot to a group head that appreciated a pragmatic, business oriented approach to the function.

Where I want to go:  Unclear, but another pivot, project based work with some travel and trajectory for growth. Like data, data visualization, process, data driven management, deliverable development.  Job titles considered:  Business Transformation, Strategic Operations, Business Ops & Strategy, M&A Integration, Business Process Consultant. Strategy Consultant. Financial Crimes Chief of Staff. Something towards a COO track,  The consulting firms (Tier 2 or lower) seem to be really struggling.  Banks seem to be compensating better.  350K+ all-in comp.

Been hitting my network, cold calling on LinkedIn and blasting cold applications  Not getting very far yet.
