Hi all.
Heading to M7 for MBA next Fall and trying to line up an internship for the summer before starting. Currently work for a co-investment fund, looking to jump to direct private equity investing. I know that there are no formal programs for incoming MBA students, but wanted to see if anyone here had experience with reaching out and securing internships at private equity firms before officially starting grad school.
I'm also interested in hearing about your experience with semester internships, as those are similarly less structured.
