Personal Likes & Dislikes Interview Q

Wow, I just blew an interview. Towards the end, I asked the interviewer about the culture of his firm ( pe firm started by ex gs / HF / BainCap) and he responded by asking Me first what’s my ideal Work culture Like and what are my likes / dislikes? I have never been asked this before, so I rambled off quite a bit. Here’s what I said:

Culture - collegial; closely knit team; collaborative (so I can learn from others); and entrepreneurial (if I want to pursue an idea or take an initiative

Dislikes: people not being fully transparent / intentionally not sharing important information for their own personal benefit. Red tape that can prolong the decision making process. People not contributing equal weight.

Anyone has better answers to this question? Because after my response, the interviewer said that’s helpful to hear, we are still interviewing other people and will be in touch. He only said a couple of generic sentences abt the actual culture. How should I have handled this? Were my answers bad?
