I just recently got a new job offer and they asked me to do a drug screen. I have been smoking a lot of weed during the weekends for the whole summer. Would my offer get rescinded? This is JPM btw incase anyone went through a similar process.

Can't discriminate on hiring based on marijuana as per state law. assuming you're in NYC
Did you consume in a place that's legal? or have a defendable story?
what would a defendable story be other than using it for medical purposes?
You consumed it at a place that was recreationally legal.
They arrest you on the spot and you have to work at Citi
Don’t give you like a month ahead advance for the drug screen / at least 2 weeks form what I remember? Cut it now and detox then pray dude.
If you can’t cut it for 2+ weeks…evaluate that…
Is this in NYC? Thought none of the banks were testing for THC anymore. What about the Citadel/P72/M type funds?
it's legal in ny, il, ca. I'm assuming you're working in one of those.
If you smoke weed in the US, even if it is in a state where it is legal, you are still breaking federal law as it is federally classified as a schedule I drug.
