Post final round coffee chat

Can anyone provide any insight on what to expect from a coffee chat with team head in a PE firm after three rounds of interviews for an investment associate role in the Private debt team (spoken to whole team from analyst to MD, case study and HR)? I’ve not come across this part before in the process so not too sure what to expect. Thanks

In my experience, if you have a coffee chat scheduled after a round of interviews, it's usually the MD or senior partner who wants to personally make you the offer. This is more the case when the coffee chat occurs midway through your interview schedule. If it's been determined before you do your interviews, it's either an informal final interview, or it's when they'll decide yes/no based on the feedback they've heard from your interviews earlier that day.
