Post Grad Job Search
My Fellow Monkeys,
While there’s a vast amount of information on this site regarding job search tips/tricks for undergrads, this post is more tailored to those who have graduated college recently (within the past few years).
What methods/strategies have you found to be most effective in securing your target job and getting interviews?
I’m currently working full time in an ABL audit/consulting type role, but would like to transition into a new role, specifically investment banking, Corp dev, restructuring, or something similar. Should I just start banging out applications, or is there a more effective approach?
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
