Quick resume question - current job in past or present tense?

Present work experience in past or present tense?

I often hear arguments for both.

Past makes sense because of consistency's sake. Might not want to switch between tenses.
Also, your resume is a summary of what you have accomplished.

Present makes sense because it describes your current responsibilities at work.

Help me out please.

Thank you in advance.

Present tense. Consistency is for all things in the past, i.e. all should agree with each other because all happened in the past. Present tense for wherever you currently work because that indicates what you do now.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.

dublini do present for current stuff, but it seems most people do past across the board, based on resumes i've screened. either way works, really

So when you screen resumes im guessing you like to see present rather than past?
