RE-RECRUITING WITH PCA?
Curious to hear a couple things for those who are working/interned/recruiting in PCA.
1) What are the exit opportunities for PCA outside of IR/Secondaries? Is it possible to break out of secondaries?
2) What firms are looking to snag up PCA candidates as the market grows?
3) Can you move internally within banks that have PCA groups?
4) Has anyone re-recruited with PCA on their resume successfully to leave the space?
Thanks all

Curious as well
PCA is incredibly stable in this environment, pays the best, and growing the fastest, not sure why you’d want to leave
Lol
Probably because most people are thinking more than 2 years out and don’t want to get stuck in a very niche area their entire career.
Exactly this

I’m in secondaries on the buy side. Secondaries is the exit opp for some people. Pays well and I work about 65h per week, max 80 when we’re busy. All senior guys are gone by 5:30pm.
do you work in Toronto lol
No it’s NYC
