Realistic path to leave Europe

Currently last year undergraduate student at target french business school (ESSEC/ESCP). I have very good academics (3.8/4 GPA) + an IB summer internship in DCM at a mid-size italian bank (plus another internship not related to finance but still at a massive name in the Insurance industry).

The normal path for me I guess would be to get in a top-tier MSc Fin and trying to get a placement somewhere in the EU (or maybe London if lucky) afterwards (looking for DCM mainly, but also open to other IB areas and even AM eventually). However, I don't really wanna do a master degree rn as I find myself just wasting time in a classroom and would rather prefer to hit the job market straight away (also top masters are very expensive for me and don't really feel like taking on more loans).

Given that by now I've travelled and lived in most of Europe and that is not that easy to land a job without a master degree in here, I have become very curious about going away from the continent. Was thinking mainly of Singapore (or HK also?) as I'm very interested in that part of the world. The US would be a great fit as well for me I believe, tho I know how impossible it is to get there.

Do you think there is a realistic path for someone with my background (EU national) to land a position (DCM/AM preferred but open to everything really) in Singapore right after undegraduate? I was looking at internships or graduate programmes in big banks but I'm very confused as of right now.

Any advice would be very appreciated! Feel free to roast me completely if this sounds too unrealistic
