Reapplying to graduate level summer internships

This is probably a more off the beaten path question, but in terms of graduate level banking internships, can one apply for a summer internship one year and then reapply the next year if one doesn't get it the year before or do companies have a one and done policy? Am doing a part time masters program so have some flexibility with end dates.
