Reason for departure

Monkeys,
I've been in the same firm for 3 years. I've just started looking for new opportunities in the same industry. Recruiters / employers would definitely wanna know reasons of leaving the current firm.
The real one is I don't get along with my current direct boss. I think she dislikes me as well. But both of us keep our professionalism not to say anything personal. But I have good relationship with the rest of the team.
I don't think this is an appropriate reason to tell. what you think?
Thx for your advice in advance.

If they ask, just bullshit and say a change in management has made you look for a move. They will get the picture.
