Recruit for '25 IB Internships or switch from WM to IB as a Sophomore Intern?
Im a current sophomore at a semi-target with a 4.0 GPA. I have an internship offer to do WM at a BB and was wondering about chances to switch to IB come junior year. What are my chances + are there any downsides to recruiting while holding an offer at another bank?
