Recruiter emailing your work email?
This is the first time I’ve had recruiters hit up my work email. Like am I supposed to message back from my work email? Lol.
How do you handle these inbounds? Do you just send a one off from your personal?
That always annoyed me too and I always considered recruiters who did that bush league. I didn’t think my bosses at the time would waste their time combing through my email, but I certainly couldn’t be sure, and I am certain they wouldn’t appreciate me job hunting “on the clock” and not in my own time.
Had similar 3rd party companies that do background checks call my current role before an offer, after I told them not to. Some real geniuses out there in the recruiter/3rd party service space in real estate.
