Recruiting for Macro Hedge Funds
Saw an old post on WSO about Global Macro recruiting but the body of the topic post was deleted.
Does anyone have any insight on recruiting? Is it mostly similar to other hedge fund recruiting? How difficult is it to join without Rates/FX Trading experience? (I personally have multi-asset structuring experience)
