Recruiting for Specific Groups as a new Analyst?
Rising senior here, recruiting for FT.
Do banks generally lump new analysts in a general pool or do they recruit for specific groups? i.e. let's say someone has a very strong healthcare background (studied life science, have research and clinical experiences, know finance, etc.), can they recruit for the healthcare group, say at JPM?
Thanks
