Regrets

At a prestigious liberal arts college (non A/W) kind of regretting the recruiting culture here, it’s not very strong and there isn’t great placement right out of undergrad. Maybe a couple go directly to buyside, but a lot of people get really odd gigs. I’m a sophomore entering recruiting and it’s tough networking into firms with 2 analysts then 2 associates and working your way up to MD when some firms have only 1-2 alums. I’ve been reaching out to alums of other big super targets and they’ve been willing to help out even more than my current school. As someone who wants to get any good offer, BB or EB, I find it tough due to less alums in BB (and i’d take GS/MS/JPM in a heartbeat). Not sure what to do, anyone have experience?
