Reject Signed SA offer for other offer

I have been fortunate to have received an offer from a MM bank at the beginning of the recruitment cycle and now got an offer at a BB for the summer. Due to an exploding deadline I already signed my offer with the MM. How can I best handle the rejection of my signed contract?

email HR or whoever ran process that unfortunately due to personal reasons you cant do the internship. do not tell them where you are going, say you had epiphany or whatever made up thing that leads you going to a diff path. DO NOT update your linkedin to write incoming SA at BB. the earlier this is done the less blowback will happen because the MM has more time to recruit someone else
