Relax a little
I'd like to get everyones input on this, but having successfully gone through the recruiting phase I look back and evaluated how hard I have worked in college. I went to a semi-target and probably worked just hard enough to get that 3.5, and then worked my ass off for recruiting and things worked out. For me, I am partially glad I did this because I believe I really enjoyed my college years so far, and I know I will not have nearly enough leisure time doing banking.
What does everyone think? Balls to the wall in college to maximize your chances? or work hard/play hard and come out well but possibly have to settle for less?
