Reneging on Job Offer

I accepted a FA internship position with a pretty large company, not specifically a finance company however. This is after thinking I was no longer in contention with any of my previously applied companies. However, I now have a final round interview for a FA intern position with a really big bank. I feel like this would help me out more in the long run for my career, should I renege on this offer? If so what's the best way to go about doing it?

Well don't renege until you have an offer. If you lock down the offer then you need to answer these questions: 1. What do you want to do FT? 2. Which of the two options is going to get me closer? 3. What type of repercussions are there if I renege?

Need a little more color before offering anymore advice. Is this like FP&A at a F500 or Corp. Dev. at a F100? Is it a BO/MO position at the bank?
