I'm headed in third year (non-target) and had a coffee chat with the MD's assistant, who said she passed my resume to my schools recruitment team. What do I do now?

Relax. If you can network with more bankers, then always do that. It's not the end of the world if you can't but networking will help you with your "why" answer. If you get a first round and it's with HR, it will be behavioral. Just try and relax and cross that bridge if you get there.
