SA2022 - BR EII vs JPM PB
Hi everyone! I just got a SA offer from JPM PB advisor team and BR EII (heard that EII is hiring for product team). Not sure which one to choose from cuz JPM PB is doing really well rn but I'm afraid that I would be struck in PB forever and I feel being in BR EII also gives me some kinda flexibility to switch to other roles for grad job. Plus, JPM PB had an extremely low return rate last year but the pay is really high this year. I feel like if I'm going to JPM it would be a really good start for a PB career, whereas in BR it's more like getting the product knowledge and having more options in finance.
