SDR at Brex or AlphaSense Offer Help Needed

Hey chat,

I am currently deciding between two SDR offers at Brex and at AlphaSense. For context, I worked in tech investment banking for a little over 1 year and worked strategic finance at a startup after where I am currently at now in NY. I have no formal quota or sales experience and am looking for long term growth in building my sales career either down 1) sales leadership/manager path or 2) Enterprise AE path.

Some factors I am definitely considering are: 1) Team/Company Culture (nice fun people to work with that are not hard asses) 2) Promotion progression or room to grow at company 3) Pay progression and OTE comp 4) Overall which will be the more successful company long term (am in it for some equity upside pre IPO so something to consider albeit won't be meaningful but still helpful) 5) Training and learning opportunities 6) Inbound lead/opportunity flow or product market fit (which product do customers love more?)

For reference, I have checked RepVue already where Brex has an overall score of 83.5 and AlphaSense is 86.0 but would love more so just feedback and opinions from your guys experience or perspective having been in the sales industry longer. Both are growing super fast recently in expanding their GTM and sales function. Any advice or feedback is welcomed and appreciated as I try to navigate this and FYI only have 24 hours to make a decision so PLEASE lmk ASAP. Thank you so much!
