Securing A Return Offer As A Sophomore Summer Analyst

Hello everyone!

I am an incoming sophomore ib intern at a GS/MS/JPM and I would absolutely love to turn this sophomore internship into a junior opportunity. I have no friends nor family in the industry so I am turning to WSO for advice! Does anybody have any experience being a sophomore intern and getting a return offer for jr year? Or if not, I would appreciate any tips to optimize success!

Thank you :)

Ah this comes as such a relief to me, I really love the firm I'll be interning with! If you are allowed to share, were your friends working at a JPM/GS/MS? Thanks for the insights though!
