Seeking a Remote Part-Time Financial Analyst/Bookkeeper

Hi all, my family owns some rental properties. I am looking for someone to help us with some basic bookkeeping, data analysis and file management work. Our tenants are all low-income individuals, who live below the poverty line. This is an opportunity where you can make a difference.

This is a flexible part-time role, one that will initially require 10 - 20 hours of work in the month of January/February. Afterwards, there will be a few hours of work per month or so. This is a great role for someone who in between jobs or is looking for some additional freelance income.

A finance / bookkeeping background is not required to apply, though it is preferred. However, strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential. I hope to find someone who is detail-oriented, organized, diligent, tech savvy and proactive. This individual should also have high integrity as he/she will be handling confidential information. We live in New Jersey, so I will prefer someone who lives nearby. However, this work can easily be done remotely. Some of this work is basic, so entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

If you are interested, please send me a brief message along with your resume. I will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so those that apply sooner will have an advantage.
