Sent in two different resumes to one bank, screwed?

So my moron roommate decided he would apply for two different jobs at one bank. The only problem is he has a sporadic to say the least work history, and he included some of his past garbage jobs on his resume and sent it in.

two weeks later he applies for another job with the same bank, but this time he includes a job he was doing part time on and off, and he listed it as his full time job all those years he was bouncing between other jobs. He didn't get a call back obviously.

Now he's all concerned that company won't hire him and even worse, no company will. I'm assuming HR put a red flag by his file, but do you think that they would spread the word, and he might not get a job anywhere in banking because of this.

That's really what he is concerned about, is weather or not he's blacklisted or something.

I really appreciate.
